Every price on this page was collected by direct phone call. An AI voice agent named Mia rings each independent cafe and asks: "How much is a regular flat white?" Prices are extracted from the call transcript and stored in our open dataset (JSON export, CC BY 4.0). Chain cafes are excluded — only independents are surveyed.
